San Marino

The San Marino Project consists of a comprehensive remodel of the kitchen, living room, and powder room, centered around a highly detailed, design-forward build-out that blends timeless traditional architecture with refined, modern functionality. Designed by the very talented Plaster and Patina Design team led by Alex Azat, the scope includes the integration of a new custom fireplace feature, bespoke millwork and cabinetry, carefully curated finish materials, upgraded lighting and architectural detailing, and thoughtful spatial refinements throughout. Emphasis is being placed on craftsmanship, proportion, and material cohesion to create a warm, elegant environment that feels both elevated and enduring, while maintaining a tasteful and inviting residential character.
